General information
- All prices are per apartment and week, including use of the wellness area.
- The reservation is considered binding after receipt of your written confirmation and the deposit.
- Please vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. on your day of departure. You may check in from 3 p.m.
- If you are arriving late please let us know in advance.
- The prices listed above can be updated if the rate of inflation rises sharply.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Our apartments are non-smoking premises. Please only smoke on balconies or the patio out of respect for other guests.
- The in-house laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron can be used for a small fee.
Cancellation conditions
Should unforeseen events arise, please inform us in good time, so that you incur no fees and we can continue to rent out the apartment. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation fees may arise:
- In case of cancellation the deposit will not be refunded.
- For cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival, 100% of the entire sum booked will be charged.
- In cases of delayed arrival, premature departure or if guests don´t show up, we will also charge the entire sum for the holiday booked.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
Travel cancellation insurance
Unforeseen things may happen before a journey starts, but our travel cancellation insurance acts as a financial back-up. If you´re delayed in starting your booked hotel vacation, if you cannot begin it, or must leave prematurely, the above cancellation fees may still be charged to you. To ensure that no fees accrue to you in such cases, we recommend taking out this travel cancellation insurance, which will in turn be taken over by European Travel Insurance.
